Please note we will not perform services without a credit card on file, a prepyament, or payment arrangements already made.  We NEVER charge your credit card without first sending an invoice for you to review.  You will receive a 5% to 10% discount for prepaying for services, contact us for details or look at the discounted prices on your 2019 proposal.

Payment Terms PLEASE READ: If you are not prepaying we require a credit card on file.  We email you your monthly invoice and then 2 to 3 days later, charge your card on file.  In the event of an error or dispute on the invoice, we will resolve it immediately and in a manner consistent with our A+ BBB rating and our all "A" reviews on Angie's List.  In the event of non payment after 45 days, our attorney will place a lien on the parcel and customer is responsible for all fees associated with the placement and subsequent removal when paid along with 33% interest on the past due balance.  We require 50% payment up front for any landscape installation work with final payment immediately upon completion.  Either party may cancel the agreement at any time for any reason with an email or text message sent to us.  In the event you have prepaid and choose to cancel service, a prorated refund will be provided within 48 hours.  By clicking "submit" for your proposal, you are agreeing to the payment terms.
